The Berkshire Adult Baseball League is a wooden bat baseball league located in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. ​The league was started by Lou Orazio in the summer of 2011 so local ball players wouldn't have to travel outside of the Berkshires to play organized baseball.
The Housatonic River Monsters, named after the Housatonic River and located in Lee, MA, was formed by players from the Dalton Dominators and Berkshire Bears.

Represent the River Monsters and support the team at the same time! We are looking to purchase some new equipment and uniforms.
Casey Hickey was named to the BABL All Star Team after his outstanding play at first base and leading the River Monsters in batting. Mike Markham was also named to the team as an outfielder after only two appearances in center field with the Monsters this season.
