Hickey is going into his third season in the Berkshire Adult Baseball League. He played high school ball for Lee, graduating in 2006 while his American Legion ball was played for Lenoxdale. Hickey played in college for Framingham State where he graduated in 2010. In 2011 he played for the Guilford Grasshoppers, a member of the National Adult Baseball Association, and in 2012 for the Tri City Thunder in Albany which is a part of the Capital District Men's Baseball League. Casey was chosen for the 2014 BABL All-Star Team after leading the team offensively and playing an outstanding season at first base.
